Basic usage
On posts and pages, you can add Smart Notes directly from the list view.

As shown in Image, you can click Smart Note on the selected post or page (point 2).
This opens a modal window where you can:
- enter a note
- choose a tag (Bug, To-do, Info, etc.)
- save the note
The note is then saved and linked to that specific post or page.
You can easily see whether a post or page has notes attached.
In Image , you can see that the post has one note, marked with a red Bug tag (point 3).

Adding notes from the admin menu
If you look at Image 1, point 1, you will see Smart Notes PRO in the WordPress admin menu.
Clicking this opens a window where you can add a note manually by:
- selecting a post type (post, page, product, etc.)
- selecting a specific item (for example: Hello World)
- writing a note and choosing a tag
The note will then be linked to the selected item.
You can also see all notes across different posts and pages in this view, giving you a simple and clear overview, as shown in Image.

Resolving and archiving notes
Each note includes a Resolve button.
When a note is no longer needed, you can click Resolve, and the note will be moved to the archive.
This helps keep your active notes list clean and focused.
