Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We sell digital products, including downloadable WordPress plugins and optional license keys.

Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, refunds are handled differently than for physical goods.


Digital products & downloads

By purchasing and downloading a digital product from our website, you acknowledge that:

  • The product is delivered instantly
  • No physical item is shipped
  • The product cannot be returned once downloaded

For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds for digital products.


License-based products

Some products include an optional license key that unlocks additional functionality, updates, or support.

License keys are considered digital services and are non-refundable once issued and activated.


When refunds may be granted

We may offer a refund at our discretion in the following cases:

  • The product is technically defective and does not function as described
  • We are unable to resolve a critical issue after reasonable troubleshooting
  • A duplicate purchase was made by mistake

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.


When refunds are not granted

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of technical knowledge or compatibility issues
  • Products that work as described
  • Activated or heavily used license keys
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase

Free versions & trials

Some products are available in a free or limited version.

We encourage customers to test the free version before purchasing a license to ensure the product meets their needs.


Early release products

Some products may be labeled as early release or beta versions.

By purchasing an early release product, you acknowledge that:

  • Features may change
  • Minor bugs may exist
  • Development is ongoing

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights but is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.


Refund process

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank

EU consumer rights (digital content)

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided the customer has given prior consent.

By completing a purchase on this website, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be waived.
